This Refund Policy applies to Founding Beta subscriptions sold by Theas Essence LLC dba kaami.

Initial subscription refund
Founding Beta is currently $19 per month. You may request a refund of your initial subscription payment within 7 calendar days of the original purchase by emailing support@usekaami.com.

Renewals and later charges
After the initial seven-day period, subscription charges and renewals are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Cancellation
You may cancel future renewal at any time through kaami’s billing-management flow. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

Duplicate or erroneous charges
If you believe you were charged in error or charged more than once, contact support@usekaami.com so we can investigate and correct the issue where appropriate.

Approved refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Stripe, your bank, or your card network may affect how long an approved refund takes to appear.

Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
