Eligibility and accounts

You may use kaami only if you can lawfully enter into this agreement. Keep your account information accurate and protect access to your account. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.

The kaami service

kaami is career and hiring intelligence software. It helps you organize career information, understand roles, work with evidence, receive grounded guidance, and create role-aware application materials. Founding Beta is an early paid membership offering; features, availability, and the service may change as kaami develops.

Subscriptions, recurring billing, and cancellation

Founding Beta is currently offered at $19 per month. When you subscribe, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You can manage or cancel future renewal through kaami’s billing-management flow. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. Our Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you provide to kaami. You grant kaami and its service providers the limited rights needed to host, process, analyze, transform, and display that content solely to provide, secure, and improve the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to provide content to kaami.

Acceptable use

• Do not use kaami unlawfully or in a way that harms, disrupts, or interferes with the service or other people.
• Do not upload malicious code or attempt to access data, accounts, or systems without authorization.
• Do not knowingly submit intentionally false, misleading, abusive, or infringing content.
• Do not use kaami to evade employment laws, discriminate unlawfully, or make harmful decisions about others.

AI-powered output and hiring outcomes

kaami’s AI-powered output can be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed by you before use. kaami does not guarantee interviews, employment, job offers, candidate selection, hiring outcomes, or that any resume, analysis, guidance, or recommendation will be error-free. kaami is decision-support software, not an autonomous employment decision-maker.

kaami intellectual property

kaami, its software, design, and content are owned by Theas Essence LLC dba kaami or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These Terms do not give you ownership of kaami other than the limited right to use it under these Terms.

Third-party services

kaami uses third-party services to provide parts of the product, including billing and AI functionality. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside kaami’s control.

Changes, suspension, and termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of kaami, including beta features. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security, legal obligations, or violations of these Terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, kaami is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, kaami will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
